Terms & Conditions
1: Fees should be paid by the end of each month.failure to pay will result in a £10 late payment charge fees are payable during periods of absence from fun club or holiday club , including sickness . Discounts are available for siblings , and full week bookings at holiday club .
2: please note we are not open bank holidays
3: we must be notified of childrens allergies/intolerances, giving instructions for the treatment. A form is available for this purpose and information should be updated if it changes.
4: children who have sickness/ diarrhea, will be sent home , and return when they' have been clear of symptoms for 48 hours
5: please notify the club if your child is absent due to illness.
6: prescribed medication may be given to your child at the club. The medication must be in the original packaging from the prescribing chemist with your child's name clearly marked.a form will need to be filled out with times dosage. And to be signed by the parent/carer at the end of the session
7: we must be informed if someone else is picking up your child
8: you must notify us if any contact details change ie address tel number.
9: please provide sun hat ,sun cream and wellies (according to season) all clearly labeled with your child's name .
10: please endeavor to be on time to collect your child. If it is inevitable that you will be late please ring 07752 395157 so care of your child can be arranged until you arrive. A charge of £5 will be made for each 15 minutes over the time your child was due to be collected
11: fees are reviewed annually in July
12: Bromham holiday and fun club reserve the right to exclude a child after consultation with parent/carer .
13. For holiday club there is a cut of 2 weeks before holiday club starts, for cancelling sessions and not having to pay after this date all sessions booked must be paid for.
14 .. fun club 1 months notice is required to cancel sessions.
